By boarding our vehicles, using our website, or engaging with our services in any

capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms &

Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

Private Transportation B110 operates private shuttle and bus transportation services

primarily within Brooklyn, New York, connecting the Boro Park and Williamsburg communities, as well as occasional extended routes to locations such as Kiryas Joel, Monsey, and Lakewood. Our services include:

  • Scheduled daily routes
  • Group and charter transportation
  • Religious event and Yom Tov transportation
  • Community-focused transit services

  • Local Fare: $3.75 (single zone)
  • Two-Zone Fare: $6.00 (Boro Park to Williamsburg or vice versa)
  • Fares are subject to change during holidays and special events.
  • Payment is accepted via cash (bills only: $5, $10, $20) or contactless Tap to Pay.
  • Drivers cannot provide change. Exact payment or contactless payment is required.
  • Coins are not accepted in the farebox.
  • Fares are non-refundable once a trip has commenced.

All passengers are expected to:

  • Respect the modesty and seating standards upheld on our vehicles.
  • Behave in a courteous and respectful manner toward drivers and fellow passengers.
  • Not consume food, beverages, or smoke on board.
  • Keep noise to a respectful level.
  • Not obstruct aisles or emergency exits.
  • Comply with all driver instructions at all times.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger who violates these conduct

standards, without refund of fare.

While we make every effort to operate on time, Private Transportation B110 is not

liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, road closures, or other

circumstances beyond our control. Schedules are subject to change without prior notice.

Holiday and Yom Tov schedules may differ from regular service days.

Private Transportation B110 is not responsible for any personal belongings left on board our vehicles. Passengers are advised to keep their belongings with them at all times. If you believe you have left an item on one of our buses, please contact us as soon as possible and we will make reasonable efforts to assist.

We are committed to providing accessible transportation for all passengers, including individuals with disabilities. Our fleet includes features to assist passengers with mobility needs. For specific accessibility inquiries or accommodation requests, please contact us in advance of your trip.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Private Transportation B110 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the fare paid for the specific trip in question.
